The magician shuffles the deck and then displays the bottom card, which he then puts on the table. The spectator is asked to place their finger on it so he cannot get it away. Now, the magician shuffles the deck again and does a one handed cut. In doing so he pulls on card out of the deck. It is the card under the specs finger! The spec turns over the card under their finger and it is a totally different card! The card in question can actually be signed for this effect. Wonderful trick as it has many, many uses.

The one handed cut and reveal at the end is also explained in slow motion but there is an alternative if your card control is not that good or you have smaller hands.
